MICHAEL JUSTICE
John

Michael graduated from the Arden School of Theatre in 2006 and has since been working in a variety of theatrical forms. He has toured in plays for schools all over the country, as well as a season of repertory at a theatre in Leicester. He also specialises in improvised street performance and could be seen at this years V Festival performing in Break for Reckless Invention.


CHRIS DOUGLAS
Dave

Chris is an actor and comedian who had already written and performed in his own toilet sketch ideas amongst a backdrop and experience in a wide range of projects. Familiar as the “Quizmaster” from the More4 series of Pub Quiz adverts, Chris' understanding of comedy, stand up and experiences of toilet humour made him a brilliant addition to the cast of Bog Standard.


CLAIR ROBINSON
Katie

Clair is a talented actor based in the North West who lends her vocal abilities to the film in a quick off-screen performance as John's annoying girlfriend Katie.

 

STEPHEN SCOTT
Harry

Stephen is a long time collaborator and star of previous Colin Warhurst projects, first writing radio comedy sketches with Colin in their early childhood. As a musician and front-man for Manchester band The Montoyas, Stephen Scott is no stranger to humour or the camera, and once again lends his specific brand of charm and smarm to this latest role written specifically for him by Colin.


TIGGA GOULDING
Cleaner

Tigga is a talented emerging actor from Manchester. In the few years since starting, she has appeared in several feature films, music videos and many short films. These include Poor Wee Me which opened the 7th Salford Film Festival and Six Minutes Of Freedom which won Best Short Film Director at the Belfast Independent Film Festival 2010. She has also appeared on stage at The Lowry Theatre in a Salford based Musical. TV credits include crime documentary "Kidnapped" and episodes in the next series of Waterloo Road.

COLIN WARHURST
Writer & Director

Colin is recognised as one of the Northwest’s most prominent and promising film directors and a key figure in the “North West New Wave.” He recently had his first Drama commission for the BBC on a joint venture with Shed Productions; Directing and Editing four web films based on the popular TV Drama, Waterloo Road. Colin was the Co-Director and Producer of Mancattan and was also the Editor and DOP on the micro-feature film The Watcher. Colin continues to shooot, write and Direct on numerous projects and music videos in the North West. PAUL ANDERTON
Director Of Photography

Paul was born in the 1970s, and was always bewitched by motion pictures. However, his energies were directed elsewhere until the late 1990s, when he made his first short. He is an experienced cinematographer, shooting the feature Seeing Smoke (Pensive Penguin Productions, 2009), music videos for Nonchalant UK (2008) and Baikonnour (2005) and several shorts including the greatly-anticipated After Auschwitz (Paul Blinkhorn, 2010). DAN WARHURST
Sound

Dan is Colin's younger brother and is involved in Urban Exploration. He is also co-partner of Grey Tiger Media alongside his brother Colin Warhurst.


ANTONY O’HANLON
Stills Photography

Antony is the photographing half of Arkid Studios, attended both school and college with Colin, and they have been long time collaborators on a multitude of creative projects ever since.

 

CHRIS LANE
Producer

Chris began producing films in Greater Manchester five years ago, and recently made his directorial debut with Invisible Bullets. Chris has been actively involved in, and has extensive knowledge of, production, pre production and post production with experience of working for Future Shorts, Arts About Manchester and BBC Blast. LEO WORNE
Grip & Dolly

Leo has previously worked on Hollyoaks, and is now working fulltime as a camera technician at BBC Manchester. His work ongoing film work can be seen at Prime Media Uk


ELLIE JAMIESON
Make Up, Hair & Continuity

Bog Standard was the first film that Ellie worked on, and she has since gone on to work on many high profile shoots with the likes of Peter Kay and Rick Astley.


MICHAEL O’HANLON
Poster Design

Michael is Antony's brother and the other half of Arkid Studios. Michael was responsible for knocking Chris' drafts into a proper film poster.
